Delete in the app
- Open the Iňňeli Ýüpek app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Request deletion without the app
If you can no longer use the app, contact us from the phone number registered to your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify that the number is yours and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted
- Your phone number, name and address.
- Your favorites and purchase history, including access to downloaded designs.
- Any remaining balance. Use your balance before deleting, because it cannot be restored or refunded afterwards.
We may keep a limited record of payments and orders for as long as accounting or tax law requires. These records are not used for any other purpose. Design files already saved on your phone stay there until you remove them.
